With Pc-to-Phone VoIP or softphone, you can use your computer to call any local or international landline or mobile phone. Pc-to-Phone VoIP is called softphone because it is a software-based VoIP solution like Free VoIP. This VoIP solution runs on the software that you download on your computer.
