The best way to go about this is to email your friends and relatives to download the software of the VoIP provider you have signed up with and you are set to talk to your heart's content without ever worrying about telephone bills at all. This is the cheapest voip solution in the voip phone system. The only cost to you is your internet connection bill.
For talking free you don't need any sophisticated equipment either. A headset would be good but your regular speakers and small microphone can do the job equally well. Another requirement is a broadband or dsl internet connection.
